Filling a Complaint
What should I do if I have a complaint?
ADSS strives to not only build strong, long-lasting relationships with all of our clients, but also to maintain those relationships. We welcome any comments, suggestions and concerns which you may have in order to help us to better serve you in accordance with the level of service which you have come to expect from ADSS, our affiliates and our employees.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service provided by ADSS or have a trading complaint, please submit a complaint to our Support Team by completing the electronic form below.
We have a dedicated team of professionals which have been trained to research and investigate client inquiries. All complaints will receive an impartial review to determine if ADSS has acted fairly within our rights and have met our regulatory and contractual obligations. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, and will provide a full written response to you as soon as reasonably practical. In the event that you are submitting a trade complaint, please be aware that it may take up to two weeks to receive a formal response from ADSS. Please note that due to the nature and seriousness of your complaint, it may take up to 15 business days for you to receive a formal response to your complaint.
